To be successful and goal-oriented as a sales assistant, a variety of competencies are needed.

Your tasks as a sales assistant:

  • Maintaining customer data and coordinating appointments
  • As a true allrounder and point of contact, you support the sales team in planning, controlling and all organizational sales activities
  • Correspondence, customer acquisition and support, as well as maintenance of customer data
  • Crossteam coordination of appointments for sales employees
  • Processing of general administrative tasks
  • Preparation and followup of events/trade fairs/information days, etc.
  • If interested, there is also the opportunity to establish yourself as a house building consultant or salesperson

Your profile as a sales assistant:

  • Commercial basic education or comparable professional experience advantageous
  • You are flexible and have a high level of customer and service orientation
  • You have social competence, a pleasant voice and a trustworthy demeanor
  • Organizational strength, analytical thinking and independent work style
  • A lot of empathy in dealing with potential home buyers and customers
  • Good knowledge of common IT systems for data and statistics creation
  • Secure and linguistically flawless expression in German
