- Develop and maintain relationship at all levels of assigned airline customer, from the shop floor to senior management, and across GE Aerospace and CFM International. This is a high visibility position across the airline's organization, as well as GE Aerospace and CFM International.
- Support of installed engine base, including activities such as customer & fleet issue resolution, service bulletin implementation, fleet monitoring (diagnostics).
- Monitors reliability and on wing performance (e.g. significant events, engine removals, delays and cancellation). Influence airline stakeholders to implement important reliability improvements or deliver on special programs or projects (water/foam wash, derate optimization, fleet programs, etc.).
- Influence long-term maintenance planning and aircraft engine fleet stability, in collaboration with the GE/CFM Program Manager and GE/CFM maintenance shops.
- Internal & external tech reviews & tech review prep, interface and influence the broader GE C&PSO organization, including senior leadership.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Fleet Management
- 10+ years experience in Airline operations, Engineering, Aviation propulsion, or a related field.
- Technical expertise and experience of aircraft engine or turbomachinery equipment, aviation experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

The base pay range for this position is $90,200 - $150,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 6, 2024.
