For our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical products, we are looking for the ideal candidate for the position of:

Project Purchaser / Employee in Project Purchasing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Responsibility for the selection of suitable suppliers and conducting market analyses
Evaluation and review of offers and creation of offer comparisons, taking into account supplier key figures (e.g. turnover, credit index, reliability, etc.)
Continuous optimization of supplier portfolios and active support in supplier development
Preparation and conduct of contract negotiations (in German or English) with fixation of commercial and contractual framework conditions
Creation of negotiation protocols
Strategic interface to the commodity purchasing departments of the company group
Conducting supplier visits, supplier evaluations, and supplier audits during the project phase
Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
Creation of cost analyses for purchased parts
Support in handling contract disruptions and warranty cases in projects

Your profile:

Completed commercial education with technical experience or completed technical education with several years of professional experience in purchasing
Good knowledge of various material groups (e.g. electronics, mechanics, or plastics)
Several years of professional experience in project purchasing
Strong selforganization and independent tracking of deadlines
Cost, deadline, and quality awareness, as well as processoriented thinking and acting
Teamwork and resilience
Willingness to travel for business purposes
Independent and responsible way of working
Good knowledge of MS
