This project-focused appointment in organic and catalytic chemistry will support the research

program of PI:
Dr. Chae Yi.

The project will focus on the development of green catalytic methods that are applicable to the synthesis of organic molecules of pharmacological importance.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out research in synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry. Synthesis of transition metal catalysts.
  • Conduct research on the development of new green catalytic coupling methods as an active member of the lab. Provide research summary at the end of the appointment and assist a graduate mentor to compile the experimental data.
