This project-focused appointment in organic and catalytic chemistry will support the research

program of PI:
Dr. Chae Yi.

The project will focus on the development of green catalytic methods that are applicable to the synthesis of organic molecules of pharmacological importance.

Responsibilities:

Carry out research in synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry. Synthesis of transition metal catalysts.
Conduct research on the development of new green catalytic coupling methods as an active member of the lab. Provide research summary at the end of the appointment and assist a graduate mentor to compile the experimental data.
