Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cosmetic Injector to join our team either part-time or full-time at our dermani Medspa in Valley Ranch location.

The position is about 30-40 hours per week, distributed across 4-5 days. Because our location is open Monday through Saturday, we can accommodate a wide range of schedules. We do however require a consistent work week. This is an hourly position with vacation and sick leave.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns and goals, as well as discuss realistic expectations of areas of treatment.
Administer injectable treatments such as Botox and Juvéderm according to protocol.
Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and expectations.
Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience throughout the treatment process.
Stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in cosmetic injectables through continued education with Allergan products.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.
Help clients achieve optimal results through followups, building rapport with customers, and through providing advice on products that help maintain aesthetic goals and skin health.
Perform quarterly audits on dermaplaning and microneedling treatments performed by our estheticians.
Adhere to dermani Medspa provided manuals and protocols for all treatments.
Assess on site and/or photos on any client with concerns regarding burn, infection, pain, or any other side effect.
Daily inventory count of consumables to match Zenoti software.
Report any adverse events immediately to the Medical director as per the protocols.
Consult and assist with any client concerns regarding treatments or dissatisfaction and resolving the issue.

Requirements:

Valid certification or licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in administering dermal fillers and neurotoxins.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering highquality results and patient satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively as independently and part of a collaborative team.
