What to expect

  • Model-based cost planning and control for all phases of performance
  • Analysis of budget specifications, evaluation of projects in the concept phases
  • Preparation of framework, control and detailed schedules for all phases of performance according to HOAI
  • Development of procurement strategies
  • Preparation and execution of tenders
  • Commercial/technical examination and evaluation of offers
  • Participation in procurement negotiations

Requirements

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge in cost planning and/or tendering and/or scheduling
  • Experience in model-based cost planning and tendering desirable
  • Fluent in German
