Customer Service Representative - Calabash, NC

Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers, including end-users, distributors, and dealers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through various mediums and document them in our systems. You will also be responsible for resolving non-routine customer issues and escalating complex issues as needed.

Additionally, you will deliver training to new hires and support improvement projects to enhance customer experiences and meet organizational goals.

As a Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader, you will also generate and maintain knowledge content and deliver training.
