CRUISE SPECIALIST, full-time

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering questions about our ships, bicycles, accommodations, dining, sightseeing, and the different destinations we visit all over Europe.
• Working with and helping both current clients and future clients with quotes, bookings, problem solving, and complaints.
• Proofing marketing and communication materials for accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation in updating manifests and communicating with tour leaders.

Requirements:

• Outstanding English writing and speaking skills
• A minimum of three years' experience working in customer service and/or customer retention.
• Detailoriented and great at multitasking
• Experience with problem solving and handling customer complaints
• Must have a pleasant and friendly personality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to Europe for training (paid training and travel)
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM (preferred)
• Personal travel experience to Europe (preferred)
• Bilingual or multilingual (German and Dutch) (preferred)
• Willingness to learn the travel, hospitality, and tourism business
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is helpful

Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday in 6-8 shifts between 9am and 7pm averaging 35 hours per week. We will do our best to maintain consistent shifts and schedules. This is an in-person office setting with some remote work possible.


Compensation:
$47,000 gross annually. Paid holidays. 25 PTO days per year. 401K matching plan after 30 days of employment.
