Exciting Projects

  • Planning and coordination of photovoltaic projects at our commercial properties
  • Further development and standardization of our energy management
  • Active collaboration with external service providers, including contract management and procurement
  • Project supervision during the construction phase
  • Development of new supply solutions for our tenants with the goal of independent energy supply for our properties
  • Organization of long-term maintenance of our facilities in collaboration with the Facility Management department

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • Completed technical education or degree (e.g. electrician for energy and building management, degree in industrial engineering / electrical engineering / energy technology, renewable energy management, etc.) or equivalent qualification
  • Enjoyment of project coordination and analytical thinking skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
