Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time
Construction Contract Manager with civil construction experience in the New York City Metropolitan and Delaware metropolitan area.

This is a full-time, on-site position.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administrate contract books whilst coordinating the functional scope of work requirements provided by the Project team.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members in all aspects of contract interpretation, compliance, change management, and risk management procedures.
  • Guide and communicate the coordination between project team, Db Division business, project controls group, enterprise operations contracting and claims, and risk management groups.
  • Identify unfavorable terms, risk allocation, and change and dispute procedures.
  • Effectively track and provide frequent updates of all potential project changes and cost impacts through the standard change order log.
  • Support the closing out of all contractual requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, business management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years in the field of construction contract administration and management with projects relating to civil construction.

  • Staff must have the ability to pass a Secure Worker Access Consortium (SWAC) personnel background screening at a High Level and ability to comply with Authority policies on information security.
  • Staff must have demonstrated ability to meet schedules and budgets for project deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Microsoft Project/Primavera software.
  • Staff must have strong interpersonal, written, oral and collaboration skills, including demonstrated experience interacting successfully with project stakeholders, resolving issues, with ability to give and to follow clear direction, and must have proficient technical writing skills.

Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
