    SUMMARY:
    This position is responsible for preparing cost estimates for repairs for work to be performed.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Answer and return phone calls promptly. Follow up on voicemails.
    • Reply to emails in a timely manner, follow up on all correspondences
    • Write & submit all warranty, internal, and retail estimates that come into the shops.
    • Take necessary pictures for all jobs.
    • Cost out materials and labor for estimates.
    • Identify parts required to make repairs and makes sure parts are ordered
    • Review estimates with customers, advisors, and technicians, when necessary.
    • Write supplements on a timely basis and follow up on them to get supplements approved.
    • Keep Foreman informed on all repair issues.
    • Quality control inspection prior to delivery with Foreman.
    • Attend all company required meetings.
    • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
    • Must have strong math skills & be efficient in using a calculator.
    • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Must have strong time management skills
    • 3-5 years of estimating experience with motorhome wall, ceiling, floor, and/or cabinet damage repairs preferred.
    • Product knowledge of how unit is assembled.
    • Knowledge of how to efficiently process insurance claims.
    • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English

    EDUCATION:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
