Description

As IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Provide technical support for operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Assist in the management of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guides
• Support Azure Active Directory user management

• Proven experience in software troubleshooting and remedy implementation
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Mac and Linux
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and desktop support
• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, and switches
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory user management

• A four year degree is not required.
• Those with Certfications will go to the top of the list. Network+, Security+, Azure, Cisco, etc.
• Experience in migration to Microsoft 365 a plus.
