Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth
• Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Proven experience in account management, outside sales, or technology sales
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive business development initiatives
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM software

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
