_ What We Need_
NetBrain is looking for a Director of Customer Transformation in the CEO's office for our rapidly growing company. We need a leader with a strong engineering mindset and proven ability to transform customers through services.


_The Impact You'll Make_
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to develop strategies and best practices for customer transformation. You will work with cross-functional leaders to develop, implement, and improve processes and solutions needed for customer transformation. You will also develop strategies for recruiting and developing talents for customer transformation.


_ What You'll Do_

  • Develop the strategies and best practices for customer transformation
  • Develop, implement, and improve the processes and solutions needed for customer transformation
  • Create and implement the strategies for recruiting and developing talents for customer transformation
  • Provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
  • Develop, execute, and improve automation playbooks on use cases, and problems that can be resolved by nocode automation.

_Who You Are_

  • 5+ years of service experience
  • Team management experience
  • Proven leader for customer transformation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven problemsolving skills
