JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will focus on enterprise material management, inventory warehouse systems, and a variety of other supply chain initiatives.

The individual must be capable of executing end to end Supply Chain initiatives with limited supervision, meeting challenging timelines while achieving operational quality standards and cost savings targets.

This role resides within Cresco's Shared Services organization, reporting to VP Supply Chain, and will have visibility and accountability across the enterprise.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Enterprise Material Management responsibility with key objectives being introducing process efficiencies to ensure we are tracking inventory levels against forecast and lead times to mitigate stockouts and or going too long on packaging inventory.
Manage to a target packaging inventory balance.
Best practice setting for; EOQ, safety stock calculations, balanced leadtimes, minimizing express freight usage.
Develop inventory storage strategies, including vendorheld and 3PL utilization across the network.
Report on enterprise packaging inventory monthly.
Detailed quarterly inventory report to cost accounting which requires collaboration with our suppliers, sites, and cost accounting team.
SME on our inventory warehouse management system with the ability to pull reports, make enhancements to data / materials we are tracking in the system, and ability to troubleshoot issues with the supplier and subsequently the facilities.
Manage packaging cutovers (e.g. moving a SKU to a different packaging form).
Manage and mitigate packaging obsolescence.
Identify both near and longterm opportunities which drive both qualitative and quantitative value for Cresco by conducting comprehensive spend and operational analysis.
Continually monitor, analyze, and assess delivery trends within markets and industries for their impact on Cresco's packaging freight spend.
Contribute to Cresco's enterprise savings program.
React to dynamic business environments to minimize Cresco's exposure to risk from events such as vendor bankruptcies, mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory changes.
Stay current on the latest developments in Supply Chain helping refine processes and methodologies which drive efficiency and maximum benefit for the enterprise.
Keeps current with industry trends and identifies ways to implement progressive technology as appropriate.
Lead and/or participate in other initiatives within Supply Chain including but not limited to sourcing activities, and outbound / logistics initiatives.
