Description

  • Responsibility for the Protect & Detect Security Operations department and its results
  • Ensuring a stable, secure, and future-oriented operation within the provision of security services
  • Monitoring compliance with service and operational level agreements (SLA/OLA) as well as agreed customer requirements
  • Continuous analysis and evaluation of KPIs and derivation of measures for efficiency improvement
  • Driving force of the improvement process to continuously optimize procedures, processes, and workflows
  • Promoting collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, especially with other operational units of BWI
  • Informing and advising senior management and other stakeholders on all important activities within the responsibility area
  • Ensuring a high level of expertise and promoting continuous training and development of team members
  • Disciplinary leadership of experienced team leaders and specialized employees
  • Planning and management of on-call duty and shift operations
  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, with a focus on IT security, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, ideally in the public sector/military environment, with a special focus on the operation of security services (but not limited to)
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience in service operation according to ITIL or comparable frameworks
  • Strong interest in continuously improving operational continuity
  • Proof of relevant security certificates, ITIL
