Revvity Omics, a division of Revvity, is a clinical molecular and biochemical laboratory offering a variety of different screening and diagnostic testing options.

From prenatal screening before birth to newborn screening shortly after birth and whole genome sequencing through one's lifetime.

Our goal is to provide valuable and insightful information about potential underlying genetic conditions, guiding patients and providers to improved health outcomes.


We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for effectively communicating and assisting in resolving client issues for our Newborn Screening and Genomics Programs including providing telephone and data entry support to external clients as required by Revvity Omics.

This opportunity can be remote, on-site, or hybrid. We offer competitive benefits and compensation


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide Level 1 telephone support to external clients as required.
  • Provide highest levels of customer service to assure current client satisfaction; maintains sensitivity to all potential issues, communicates those issues to appropriate persons within the organization to effect rapid resolution.
  • Review laboratory reports.
  • Communicates noncritical findings to the submitters and/or designated health care professionals, adhering to specific contractual agreements including time sensitive requirements. Thoroughly documents communications and actions taken on these interactions.
  • Operates, maintains, and updates computer databases and statistical spreadsheets.
  • Other tasks as requested by the Supervisor of Client Services.

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a health care setting
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft office products

Physical Requirements & Expectations:


  • Employee may be required to work shifts other than daylight depending on the needs of the laboratory. Weekend rotation may be required. Travel is not required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use a keyboard, type, and occasionally stand.
