We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team.This role requires an adept understanding and practical skills across a broad spectrum of disciplines including electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of AC/DC and control circuits, as well as experience with single and three-phase power circuits of 120v, 240v, and 480v.
The role demands proficiency in using tools such as multimeters (analog and digital), ammeters, and amp probes. Candidates should be capable of reading and interpreting manuals, prints, and schematics, and have solid mathematical and reading skills. Effective communication, basic computer skills, and strong planning and organizing abilities are essential.Job DescriptionElectrical, electronic, pneumatic & mechanical knowledge, comprehension, and skills.

Allen-Bradley systems experience including, but not limited to, Rockwell Factory Talk suite of software, Logix platform, and proficient understanding of Allen-Bradley industrial networks.
Experience developing process control strategies, architectures and PLC programs is required.Experience with Allen-Bradley variable speed drives.
Possess good understanding of computer and industrial networks.
Ability to read, speak clearly, and understand detailed written and verbal instructions given in English.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.Must be able to follow standardized written directions.
Must demonstrate ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must be able to produce passing grade on written HACCP examination; must demonstrate adherence to HACCP standards in daily performance.
Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and smell.Frequently required to sit and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
