    **Position Summary Customer Service Coordinator:**

    The customer service coordinator will be responsible for all communication in regards to client inquires, tower discrepancies and customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for verifying documents, assisting in maintaining calendar and logistics for a fast-paced, growing organization.

    **Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:**

    Detail/task oriented

    Efficient in Microsoft Office

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Open availability Monday-Friday, with potential for Saturday morning

    Unwavering sense of urgency

    Team-oriented and collaborative demeanor

    Customer Service experience desired

    Call center experience desired
