    About 4DMT: 4DMT is a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company that utilizes directed evolution for targeted genetic medicines. Our platform, Therapeutic Vector Evolution (TVE), merges directed evolution with synthetic AAV capsid-derived sequences to create evolved vectors. We aim to develop product candidates for a wide range of diseases, not just rare ones.

    We have a portfolio of gene therapy product candidates in clinical trials and preclinical studies. Our goal is to transform the lives of patients with debilitating diseases through targeted genetic medicines.

    About the Role: 4DMT is looking for a Contracts Specialist to provide transactional support for late-stage clinical programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Counsel, this role involves drafting and negotiating various standard contracts and providing contracts administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate standard transactional agreements
    • Provide practical contracts support to business partners
    • Ensure contracts are delivered on time
    • Quality check final agreements
    • Collaborate with Legal team and business partners

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant legal education
    • Minimum 3 years of contracts experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
    • Good understanding of clinical trial contracting
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience with contract management systems
    • Ability to provide solutions-oriented approach

    Base Hourly Compensation Range: $42.79/hr - $51.44/hr. Compensation may vary based on experience and location.
