The Kur-Gesellschaft Bad Lobenstein was founded in 2002 and operates not only the Ardesia Thermal Bath and Sauna Landscape, but also the Kurmittelhaus of the state-recognized Moor Health Resort. The Kurmittelhaus uses natural moor and thermal water as healing remedies, which are particularly effective for diseases of the musculoskeletal system, skin diseases, rheumatic diseases, and women's ailments.

For our physiotherapy and wellness area in the Kurmittelhaus, we are currently looking for a Head of Physiotherapy (m/f/d) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring therapy planning
  • Organizational and professional responsibility for the physiotherapy team
  • Providing professional, qualified, and individual care to patients based on medical orders
  • Motivating and leading team members
  • Continuous quality assurance of the therapy area (e.g. through internal training)
  • Close cooperation with management and all areas of the thermal bath (e.g. reception, pool/sauna, administration, etc.)

Your profile

  • Completed training as a physiotherapist
  • Organizational and leadership experience in the therapeutic field is an advantage
