    The Global Commerce Product Team shapes the future of the TikTok commerce platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the endtoend process from design to launch, build products to promote commerce performance optimization and increase revenue from internal and external sources.
    • Lead the team to be responsible for the overall planning of the commerce platform, propose corresponding solutions through indepth data analysis of different business scenarios, and be responsible for the revenue outcomes.
    • Build a team with passion and energy.
    • Good collaboration skills to work with multifunction teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.
    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
    • Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch.
    • Understanding of Commerce ecosystems preferably in one of the areas such as Creator and Affiliate ecosystems, Seller / Merchant experiences, Operations products, Promotions tools, User Growth and Experiences, and more.
    • Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams.
    • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally in a highly collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA
    • Experience as a strategy consultant in global strategy consulting firm
    • Bachelor degree in technical or science (e.g. computer science, math, physics, ...)
    • 7 years of product management experience or 4+ years of Leadership experience at fastgrowing companies.
