- Responsible for user growth in the US markets (attracting new users, promoting activation, and repurchase), designing and implementing strategies based on market insights and data analysis, and serving user scale, activity, revenue, and profits;
- Gain insight into the user life cycle, establish user stratification, schedule traffic based on scenarios and resources to improve overall activity, and establish a complete user system;
- Participate in the planning of business growth and the formulation of implementation strategies, formulate growth plans and strategies, and increase user scale, activity and commercial value, including but not limited to user acquisition, undertaking, promotion, recall and transaction conversion; indepth understanding and insight into users , analyze user behavior data and find out the critical path for growth;
- Through market research and data analysis, formulate reasonable subsidies and delivery standards to optimize operational capabilities and efficiency;
- Work closely with supply/product/algorithm teams to promote the output and implementation of solutions and products, verify product effectiveness with data, and continue iteration.
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of experience in user growth, product marketing or consulting
- Have unique insights into product strategy, user activity, user retention, revenue payment or innovative gameplay;
- Maintain strong curiosity about new things, have unique innovative ideas, and have good business sensitivity and user empathy;
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to communicate and handle problems across departments;
- Flexible with quarterly international travel request on business trips
- Experience in crossborder ecommerce/content ecommerce
