For our team at Eurofins Umwelt Ost GmbH in Berlin-Adlershof, with a focus on environmental, waste, fuel, microbiology, and environmental ecotoxicology services, we are looking for a

Job Description

  • You will be the main point of contact for our existing customers in the office
  • You will independently coordinate projects, such as environmental investigations
  • You will provide technical advice to our customers, such as selecting analysis programs
  • You will coordinate customer requirements with the laboratory, such as processing times
  • You will create, validate, and send test reports and invoices to our customers
  • You will critically review and verify the analysis results produced by the laboratory
  • You will maintain and develop relationships with our existing customers
  • You will act as the internal interface between samplers, laboratory, and sales
  • You will be responsible for handling complaints successfully
  • You will report directly to the branch management in this role
Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences (chemistry, environmental engineering, etc.)
