Position Overview:

As a Stutsman Complex Program Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, welfare, and successful integration of our clients into our program and helping them in their journey to recovery.

Working closely with our Program Manager and Program Counselors, you will assist in managing operational issues, providing support to clients, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff to address operational issues and minimize crises.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of clients during latenight hours.
• Assist clients in acclimating to our Residential Extended Care Facility.
• Educate clients about program rules and guidelines.
• Provide support to clients in the absence of Program Counselors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Prior experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent people skills and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and experience desired.
