We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager (m/f/d) to oversee our challenging exploration projects in Northern Germany (Bremen region) at Rockwood, IL.

Your responsibilities

Construction site organization
Construction execution with consideration of deadlines, quality, and cost control
Reporting (digital documentation)
Measurement creation
Coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Leading drilling teams
Adherence to our quality and HSE management standards
Willingness to travel for nationwide assignments (shift work of 410 days)
Independent, professional, and safe work approach
High level of commitment and motivation
Class B driver's license is mandatory

We expect from you

Completed degree (Civil Engineering) or
Master's degree (Civil Engineering/Well Construction) or
Foreman qualification (Civil Engineering/Well Construction)
Preferably with professional experience in the operational field (Civil Engineering/Well Construction)
Expertise in soil investigations according to DIN EN ISO
Business acumen
Organizational skills
Negotiation skills
Leadership qualities (motivating drilling teams)
