We are a fast growing, award winning marketing company (promotional products and corporate gifts) that is currently going through an expansion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervisory responsibilities for employees
- Order processing and data entry
- Client service issues
- Vendor negotiations
- Quotes
- Prospecting for new opportunities
- Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
- Ensures a safe, secure, work environment
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Coach, counsel and manage employees
- Develop, coordinate and enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operations information
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems and recommending system improvements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management a plus (but not required)
- 35 years' experience in Management, Customer Service or Retail Environment
- Coaching, and Supervision and fostering teamwork
- Results driven
- Developing standards

$45, $55,000.00 per year
