Warehouse Administrator - Santa Fe Springs, United States - US Jetting

Description

Managing inventory:

• Shipping packages via UPS Worldship
• Analyzing sales/service inventory usage to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Enter warehouse transfers for inventory shipped to California warehouse
• Keep inventory organized between multiple ongoing services
• Orchestrate demand requirements between sales and service
• Keep warehouse tidy
• Rotate stock as needed
• Review monthly orders for warehouse transfers from Georgia warehouse to California warehouse

Maintain inventory documents - i.e. back orders, pending warehouse transfers, customer "will calls"

Pull parts for service department

Update sales and service department for parts ETAs for scheduling purposes

Unload vendors and receive inventory

Assist with general warehouse and office house keeping:

• Ordering office supplies
• Organizing office repairs as needed (electricians, roofing companies, etc.)

Assist fellow teammates at the office as needed


Requirements:

Great team player

Very comfortable with manual labor

Able to drive forklift (we can certify you if needed)

Very well organized and tidy

Have great attention to detail

Able to lift 50 pounds

Be proficient in Microsoft word and excel


Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
