    This position is full-timePrevious Automotive experience is required. We have an excellent training program, and we will help you grow a career in automotive.

    ResponsibilitiesApproach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
    Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
    Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
    Build strong rapport with customers.
    Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
    Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards.
    Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysisRequirementsMust have sold cars before.

    Adapt consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits them by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    Continuously learn and develop product knowledge. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
    Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
    Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
    Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
    Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
    Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
