    We have an abundance of leads and are looking for natural salespeople who want to master the craft of real estate while making huge commissions.


    At Myers HomeBuyers, we cater to investors looking to add to their investment portfolios. As a Sales Agent, your role will revolve around proactively pursuing Investors through our warm leads, networking, and engaging our database via virtual and in-person meetings.

    What we offer:

    • Rapid Development: This sales agent position is a stepping stone for you to master the core concepts of investment real estate (and make good money while doing it) so you can quickly move into acquiring properties and unlocking an even higher earning potential.
    • Off Market Inventory: Our average investor will buy 11 properties from us in their lifetime. You'll have access to the off market opportunities created by our team to sell to the investor leads we provide you with.
    • Accelerated Payment Schedules: Our average closing time is two weeks instead of 30-45 days. We help you make more money, faster than a traditional real estate brokerage.
    • Autonomy: We pride ourselves on creating a fun, collaborative and growth-based environment where our teammates challenge each other to level up everyday. As an independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to define your avenue to success.


    Characteristics you'll need:

    • Be an Intrepreneur: A person who acts like an entrepreneur within a company, developing innovative ideas or projects. Intrapreneurs are self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented, with leadership skills and a tendency to think outside the box. They analyze scenarios, use creativity, select the best ideas, and innovate while thinking about how to make their organization generate value for customers.
    • Be Reliable: Do what you say, say what you'll do.
    • Be Solution Oriented: Have a bias towards action and a proactive mindset that focuses on finding practical solutions to problems and challenges.

    Core Elements:

    • Licensing: you must possess an active real estate license valid in your area of operation. However, if you haven't acquired one yet, our team will provide you with comprehensive guidance and support throughout the process of obtaining your real estate license once we initiate our discussions.
    • Compensation: Independent Contractor Status % commission-based. Average first year compensation across all agents is just over $100,000.
