- Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning process across senior leadership forums (Board, ELT, GLT, USLT).

- Proven experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and leadership roles within a corporate setting, with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate strategic planning processes at a senior leadership level.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Boston, MassachusettsSalary range is expected to be between
$148,400.00 USD - $275,500.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
