Encore Acquisitions, a leading player in the Houston residential real estate market, is seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisitions Agent to join our dynamic team.

As an Acquisitions Agent at Encore Acquisitions, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth, identifying and acquiring residential properties to expand our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify potential residential properties for acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate and close residential property acquisitions, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with our team to assess property value, investment potential, and financial viability.
Stay uptodate with market trends, property values, and other relevant information to make informed acquisition decisions.

Requirements:

Active real estate license in the state of Texas.
Proven experience as an Acquisitions Agent in residential real estate.
Reliable transportation.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful property acquisitions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
Knowledge of the Houston real estate market is a plus.
