    Front Desk Agent
    Akron, OH

    BLU-Tique Hotel is currently seeking full-time Front Desk Agents to service their Akron, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

    • Pay: Starting at $15/hour, offer dependent on experience
    The right candidate will have:
    • Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting
    • Marriott experience is a plus
    • LightSpeed experience is a huge plus
    • Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
    Our Front Desk Agent will:
    • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
    • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
    • Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
    • Perform regular bookkeeping duties
    • Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
