LEW Environmental Services is seeking an
Environmental Field Technician to perform **Lead

• Based Paint Investigations.**
  Responsibilities include:
• Conduct lead
• based paint inspection and risk assessments
• Prepare report of findings and recommendations based on findings and give opinions
• Interact with management, contractors & subcontractors, coordinating site meetings, developing scopes of work and implementing project schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Years of experience in environmental or construction field: 2+ years
• Experience performing leadbased paint investigations

General understanding of building construction

• Experience with note taking, observation of contractor work, field documentation
• Familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
• Must have very good field note taking skills and legible hand writing, as well as good verbal communication
• Ability to work on teams as well as independently with mínimal direct supervision
• Must be Responsible and Reliable to show up for your scheduled project on time
• Thrives in a fastpaced environment and keeps all of our projects running on schedule.
• Must be highly organized and processoriented selfstarter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently
• Ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• New Jersey accreditation as Lead Inspector Risk Assessor
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree and preferred degree in industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field.

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to travel, including possible overnight trips
• Work hours may include nights and weekends, or extended shifts beyond 8 hours

LEW Environmental requires all employees successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment. LEW also requires a clean driving record, reliable vehicle, background check, & certification verification.

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
