- Calendar management including prioritizing inquires and requests while proactively troubleshooting conflicts
- International and domestic travel coordination (i.e. visas, passports, travel booking, etc.)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day engagements for the executive
- Drafting correspondence, collecting and preparing briefings or presentations for meetings
- Expense reports
- Email management
- Timesheet management
- Tracking and analyzing key data for senior management
- Communicate on behalf of the executive with all stakeholders, donors and volunteers
- Contributing toward enhancing operations tools and systems used by the team
- Provide guidance based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data
- Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader
- Experience with Smartsheet, Zoom and Microsoft Products
- Experience working across departments and different time zones
- Must be a team player, collaborator and communicator
