    Job Description: We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Support Representative & Junior WordPress Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients while also contributing to the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress websites, plugins, and themes.
    • Assist clients with content updates, site maintenance, and general inquiries.
    • Provide clear and concise instructions to clients on how to use website features and functionalities.

    WordPress Development:

    • Contribute to the development of WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
    • Implement website design changes, updates, and enhancements.
    • Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
    • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
    • Work with our team of developers to grow your knowledge of WordPress and web development.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Assist with content entry for client websites
    • Contribute to internal and client-facing knowledge bases
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience providing customer support in a technical environment.
    • Some experience with WordPress and WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin development.
    • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
