As we expand our operations, we are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Rycon Companies, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to facilitate construction projects.

Your primary duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining equipment such as Excavators & Loaders
• Safely maneuvering equipment to perform tasks according to project specifications.
• Conducting Daily Equipment Checklists on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with Foreman and other team members to coordinate workflow efficiently.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times to minimize risks of accidents or injuries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, preferably in the construction industry (2 Years Experience)
• Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery, including but not limited to excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to read and understand Grade stakes
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
• Flexibility to Work 812 Hours a day
