Highly dependable with excellent work attendance record
Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
Knowledge of and experience with quoting processes
Experience troubleshooting discrepancies in the order process
Knowledge of managing purchase orders and contracts
Proficiency with Office PC applications (i.e. MS Word/Excel)
Ability to manage and respond to electronic communication in a timely manner
Confident learning new applications
Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Project Management experience preferred

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and respond to electronic and phone communication daily
Resolve issues with customers - contractors, building project managers
Meet with department leaders to discuss custom delivery schedules
Respond professionally to customers and project managers
Coordinate purchase orders and quotes
Track schedules for multiple orders
Use KPI's to monitor team performance
Monitor material orders
Prepare order information
Available and willing to work overtime as needed
Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit at a desk for periods of time
Ability to work in an open office environment
Ability to walk or stand for short periods

EXPECTED HOURS

Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional overtime hours Monday - Friday
Availability to start work before regular shift and remain after shift
