We gather market perspectives and determine consumer preferences on client products, services, and promotional sales through direct introduction and communication.
As a Business Development Ambassador, you will be trained on all aspects of our client services and market preferences.We prepare our Business Development Ambassadors for their roles through training in industry knowledge, customer communication, sales, and client purposes.
No experience is necessary; our process involves hands-on training to ensure full understanding on an individual level.
Business Development Ambassadors are essential in generating new fundraising efforts and collecting and maintaining records to review and revise marketing and sales practices.
Our Business Development team prioritizes the community's needs to best understand each local member and what is important to them within their own city.
By offering support, guidance, and further information, the Business Development Ambassador promotes current opportunities for donations and support, in order for our charity partners to aid in areas of service around the community and beyond.
As a Business Development Ambassador, you will:
- Gain an understanding of basic business development and outreach concepts
- Initiate and complete the outreach and enrollment process by communicating with consumers about client purpose and mission
- Provide support to the customer during presentations and explanations of campaigns
- Learn selfmanagement of customer leads and reporting to improve customer service, sales, and engagement skills
- Develop personal performance indicators, with help of senior team members, based on the goals and purposes of the Business Development Ambassador role
Business Development Ambassador Requirements:
- Availability of full time work schedule
- High School graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Growth and development focused
- Willingness to travel (both locally and nationally) based on needs, with adequate notice
- Ability to work with other Business Development Ambassadors and management team members to build and chive client goals in outreach, sales, engagement, and donation metrics
- 12 years of prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Pay:
$ $1,000.00 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
