This position will require travel based on team and project needs, travel is estimated to be 20%.The Business Analyst will work in close partnership with the Commercial Manager, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Developers, Business Users and Customers.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a critical role in documenting and understanding existing business process, making improvements and deploying based solution(s).
This candidate must be able to facilitate business process review sessions with our stakeholders, document processes and build business requirements.
The Business Analyst will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Being results-focused, tenacious and a problem solver is a must for this role.The candidate will need to demonstrate experience researching, understanding, and applying knowledge of Salesforce Applications to business needs within a global organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university3+ years of experience as a business analyst2+ years of experience in Salesforce technologyResponsibilities:Business Requirements + SupportUnderstand, validate, and document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard Salesforce functionality.
Ability to work with the business and fellow BAs to troubleshoot issues and find solutions both short and long termData Analysis + MaintenanceAbility to gather and assess data related to Sales Lifecycle processes through report writingWork with the business to update and maintain dataUse of data loading toolsTesting and TrainingDevelop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements/customizations, and patches.
Ability to build training content and materials including video walk through, step by step instruction guides and training presentationsAbility to facilitate training sessions both in person or via conferencing technology to new/existing usersAdditional ResponsibilitiesDocument any recurring issue and propose solutions to resolve them.
Develop and maintain business process documentation in flowchart and narrative form as necessary to support complianceHelp to establish team priorities based on business priority, financial impact, and operational impact to the business.
