    Description


    Job Title: General Manager at iFLY



    The General Manager oversees the facility to ensure it contributes to achieving the set objectives and revenue targets. They provide strong leadership, encouraging all team members to contribute to the company's goals. Working closely with Senior Management, the GM plays a key role in attaining strategic business objectives.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take direction from top executives
    • Enhance operations and communicate company vision
    • Recruit, train, and manage team members
    • Supervise customer service, call center, and staff
    • Ensure safety, handle sales, and manage budgets

    WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of management experience
    • Strong team leadership skills
    • Proficient in computer and communication skills
    • Education in Business, Recreation, or Facility Management preferred
