Description

As part of the 1st level support team, you will support our customers primarily in questions regarding the application of Vector products, providing an exciting insight into cutting-edge topics in the automotive industry.


Your profile:

  • Completed degree in fields such as electrical engineering, technical informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC technology
  • Ideally, experience in the automotive industry and basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics (UDS, ODX)
  • Enjoy communicating with customers and strong service orientation
  • Good German and English skills

Your tasks:

  • Support our customers in Germany and abroad with the application and commissioning of our products via telephone, email, and remote support
  • Consult our customers on challenging technical questions in the field of bus systems in the automotive environment
  • Close coordination and collaboration with our global technical expert teams
  • Continuous development and acquisition of knowledge in new, cuttingedge topics in automotive electronics, supported by internal training and workshops
