Description

KETRON is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 successful years in the industry, we are committed to excellence. This challenging role involves managing our 2,000 strong client base, fostering new business relationships, and leading a dynamic team. As you master our processes and systems, you will progress to the role of Agency Director.

You will play a key role in:

Servicing our existing clients
Exploring new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervising team activities and driving results
Training and mentoring new team members
Providing daily field activity reports using Salesforce CRM
Emphasizing recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis

Key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
Passion for assisting others and building strong relationships
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community-oriented attitude
Experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and personal transportation
Must successfully complete a 45-day evaluation period before advancement
