    Description

    KETRON is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. As part of the role, you will handle the needs of our current 2,000 business clients, strive to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and lead a small team in these efforts. Your journey will involve becoming an expert in our processes, training your team, and eventually stepping into the role of Agency Director. This position offers weekly compensation in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Service existing client base.
      • Research new business opportunities (B2B).
      • Supervision of team activities and results.
      • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
      • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
      • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
      • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
      • Effective prioritization and delegation abilities.
      • Capacity to perform well in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
      • Passion for assisting individuals and nurturing relationships.
      • Experience in sales or customer service.
      • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
      • Community involvement interest.
      • CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred).
    • Licensing Requirements:
      • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
      • Clean background and personal transportation are essential.
      • 45-day minimum evaluation period before potential progression.
