Work Location:

• Multiple locations around Portsmouth area

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings and offices in a clean and orderly condition
• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
• Perform commercial and industrial cleaning tasks, such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, replenish supplies, and ensure a clean and presentable appearance
• Assist with other duties as required, such as cleaning windows, doors, and other surfaces
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel

Skills:

• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance tasks
