Your responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and vacation planning for service technicians
  • General administrative tasks related to order processing
  • Followup on orders and invoicing
  • Maintenance and management of customer and order data

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarder or industrial clerk
  • Relevant experience in dispatching
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Assertiveness
