About us
Established in 2015, Operation Innovate, Inc.

is nonprofit organization focused on bringing STEM enrichment to children and teens in the Sacramento and Northern California charter schools.

We are fast growing enrichment classes provider for schools and other organizations. We work year-round and offer both onsite and virtual classes, camps and clubs.

We are looking for instructors who can teach or instruct the following core class/topics.

STEM topics
Game development with Unreal engine or Roblox
3D printing
CADD 3D Modeling
Art and music classes
Podcasting for Kids
Life skills classes
Maker space style classes
Music production studio for kids
Open to other creative classes

Classes are offered afternoons and afterschool between

Monday - Thursday from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Enrichment sessions (virtual and onsite)

12:00 1:30 pm
2:00 pm 3:30 pm
4:00 pm 5:30 pm

Afterschool program (onsite downtown/Land park area and in 2024 in Rosemont area)

4:00 pm 6:00 pm

Pay $25+ per hour.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lessons that meet the needs of the students.
Create a positive learning environment for students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Communicate effectively
Teach for 18th grade schoolchildren (up to 15 kids in the group)

You need to have your own transportation and be open for backgroud check and fingerprints.

Location:
Sacramento area and closeby cities.
