    Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
    Location: Killeen, TX
    Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary to Hire
    Schedule: Either 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM (Candidate's choice)
    Salary: Starting at $16/hr .
    Responsibilities:
    • Process invoices and receipts efficiently, including obtaining necessary approvals, coding, data entry, and ensuring timely payments.
    • Verify vendor accounts and reconcile monthly statements to ensure accuracy.
    • Safeguard dealership values and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Process accounts receivable statements and manage collection of in-house accounts.
    • Handle processing, posting, payment, and collection of dealer trades and payoff liabilities.
    • Reconcile and balance daily deposits accurately.
    • Willingness to cross-train on various tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
    • Prior dealership experience is highly advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds Automotive Software is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and pre-employment drug testing.
