The
Technical University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe is seeking to fill a position as
Research Officer (m/f/d) in the Research and Transfer Center at the
Lemgo campus at the earliest possible date.

The responsibilities of the position will include:

Conceptual and content support for researchers in applying for funding, particularly in EU programs
Expert advice for potential applicants, especially on funding programs from the EU, as well as federal and state ministries, and other public and private funding bodies
Guidance and proactive support for researchers in completing application forms, reviewing applications before final signature, and submitting applications
Development and coordination of strategic projects for the university
Networking and active participation in relevant alliances and initiatives (e.g. eu4owl), particularly in the OWL and NRW regions
Regular exchange with relevant stakeholders at TH OWL campuses
Development, organization, and implementation of targeted seminars on various topics related to research funding
Participation in reporting on research metrics

Successfully completed academic studies, preferably with a doctorate or postgraduate degree
Broad interdisciplinary knowledge with a focus on engineering or mathematical and natural sciences
Knowledge and experience in project management and applying for European and national funding
Experience in coordinating and preparing successful EU applications
Professional experience in academic management, particularly in international research funding
