*We are currently seeking a full-time Warren in our Customer Excellence division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg, starting as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities:

Supporting our sales units with service card processes and providing independent customer advice on our service cards
Receiving, processing, and monitoring card orders, cancellations, and customer requests for changes
Managing the entire order process and administration of the service card portfolio
Adjusting card limits, processing master data and returns
Handling complaints in collaboration with relevant contacts (e.g. customers, sales units, and suppliers)
Digitizing customer documents
Continuous quality management to ensure and improve our service standards

*Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in customer service preferred
Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools
Affinity for fleet management, digital products, and IT tools
Strong analytical thinking, a high level of assertiveness, and a good understanding of processes, facts, and numbers
Excellent customer orientation and open and positive communication skills
Flexible and meticulous work style, as well as above-average commitment and teamwork
Solution-oriented thinking and quick comprehension, combined with high self-motivation and resilience
Very good written and spoken German
